Located in the heart of historic Stratford-upon-Avon, The Woodsman offers a relaxed yet refined setting for a memorable Father’s Day celebration with family and friends.
Known for our fire-led cooking, exceptional British produce and warm hospitality, our Father’s Day menu has been carefully curated using the finest ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients. From expertly prepared roasts to beautifully seasonal dishes, every plate is designed to bring people together around great food.
Our in-house butcher prepares all meats fresh each day, ensuring quality and flavour in every roast. Guests can enjoy dishes including roast sirloin of Paddock Farm grass-fed beef, roast Bantham chicken and slow roast stuffed Berkshire pork belly, all served with roast potatoes, woodfired seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and rich red wine gravy. Alongside our traditional roasts, there will also be fish and vegetarian options available.
To finish, indulge in desserts including English strawberry pavlova, layered chocolate mousse and warm apricot Bakewell tart.
This year, our special Father’s Day menu will be served until 4.30pm, followed by an evening BBQ service for guests joining us later in the day.

Father’s Day BBQ
Join us from 3pm onwards for our Father’s Day Summer BBQ at The Woodsman.
Enjoy relaxed garden dining in Stratford-upon-Avon with seasonal dishes cooked over the flames, including dry aged Hereford beef sirloin, Moroccan spiced Cotswold lamb shoulder, tiger prawn skewers and BBQ cauliflower steak.
If the weather turns, the BBQ menu will still be served inside The Woodsman.
