The Feasting Room

Full of character and charm, The Feasting Room offers a truly unique private dining setting within The Woodsman.

With centuries-old exposed beams, an authentic Elizabethan fireplace and warm ambient lighting, the space blends historic character with contemporary hospitality. The room can accommodate gatherings from 14 to 60 guests and offers an intimate atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming.

For smaller gatherings of fewer than 14 guests, our cosy private dining space, The Warren, provides the perfect alternative for intimate celebrations and dinners.

A Shared Dining Experience

Our feasting menus are designed to be enjoyed together at the table, encouraging guests to relax, share and savour every course.

Start with a selection of seasonal starters for the whole table before moving into generous sharing-style main courses crafted over open flames using carefully sourced British ingredients. Finish with indulgent desserts designed for guests to enjoy together.

Menus change seasonally and showcase the best available produce throughout the year, with dishes rooted in sustainability, seasonality and bold, wood-fired cooking.

No individual pre-orders are required, helping create a more relaxed and sociable dining experience for your guests.
